Order Processing Time
Our business hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. All orders received before 2:00 pm are expected to be processed and shipped within 7 business days or sooner. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected on the order.

When will my order ship?
As of Jan 1st 2015, all orders are currently experiencing a total turnaround time of up to 7-10 buisness days until further notice.
Domestic (USA) orders are shipped via Fed Ex which takes approximately 2-4 days for delivery once the order has left our facilitys. International orders are shipped via Fed Ex International which takes approximately 7-10 days once the order has left our facility. All orders are shipped insured with signature confirmation.
Malaysia Hair Imports is not responsible for any delivery or carrier delays. We rely on the shipping carrier to deliver your item on time. We do not offer reimbursement for missed hair appointments because of delayed shipments on the part of the carrier.
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner Fed Ex. We are not responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust Fed Ex to deliver your package on time. Shipping and Delivery
Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. Your order will be shipped via Fed Ex to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.
If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS
